RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our merch and want you to love what you receive. That said, we only accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive defective or damaged.

Here’s how it works:

• You must contact us within 20 days of the delivery date to report a defective item.

• Items must be unused and in original condition, unless the defect prevents normal use.

• We may ask for photos or video to confirm the issue before approving a return.

Important notes:

• If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• If a replacement is sent, shipping must be paid for again.

• Once the issue is verified, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit—whichever makes the most sense for the situation.

 

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage that occurs after delivery
